The #housingcrisis in #Blackpool; its not just about the rent, in Blackpool all (ALL!) 18,000 private #rental properties have some sort of #mold problem!
This problem may be particularly bad in the seaside town for local reasons, but this is a common problem, compounded by #tenants fear fo complaining due to very real threat of eviction.
If the #Tories wanted a return to Victorian values, then they've certainly achieved it in #housing!
