Version 1.1 of #Pipilo on #iOS is out. Pipilo is a unique fediverse app where you view posts one at a time in a horizontal timeline.

New in this update is support for notifications. Following the core idea of the app they are displayed in horizontal groups organized by days.
Premium users can also enable push notifications with quick reply action.

Finally there! Pipilo is now available on App Store.

Pipilo is an iOS application for Fediverse where you browse posts in a horizontally scrolling timeline. This is an app for these who want to browse their feed in a new way. In Pipilo you never miss a post and all conversations always take full screen space.

Adding 2 new features to comply with App Store guidelines: user blocking and post reporting.

Reporting is a bit challenging because Pixelfed reports work differently than Mastodon. Hopefully this will work and pass app review once finished.

For the next #Pipilo update I'm polishing premium screen with layout inspired by Up Ahead app.

For free you will be able to interact with Fediverse in read-only way. Any custom lists, followed hashtags or submitted posts will be accessible in Pipilo.
To submit new content, react to posts, add multiple accounts or edit timelines from the app you'll be required to subscribe (or pay once for lifetime option). Basically similar limits like in other apps.

Hello, this is official account for Pipilo.

Pipilo is an iOS Fediverse application where you can browse posts in a horizontally scrolling timeline. It allows you to browse various timelines, such as home, local, or various hashtags, at your own pace.

Each timeline only displays posts with replies from people you follow. You can always use a button to expand more replies and browse full conversations in a threaded layout.
