today is my first day on antidepressants, and marks the start of two weeks of anxiolytics "as needed" (brown box, it's just xanax). the AD effects won't start for at least two weeks, so.. patience.

I haven't gotten my "happy pills club" shirt yet, I'm assuming it's in the mail!

@fasterthanlime I was prescribed with Escitalopram too one year ago with first two weeks covered by Lorazepam. Escitalopram is more a "don't let you down" pill than a "happy" pill actually. In any case, you have to be brave and push you yourself. In my personal case, pills plus Bullet Journal, reading with note taking, breathing exercises and cold showers to push me to move forward.
