For our quarterly team building and public service day, we decided to set up a @VeilidNetwork node on Red Queen Dynamics infrastructure.
@tilde will have more to say about this in the Red Queen newsletter later this week. But for now I just want to say that (1) this was very easy, and (2) you should set up a #Veilid node too!

@Tarah @VeilidNetwork @tilde Crazy simple to deploy with very low server requirements. I think it took me about 15 minutes and that includes deploying the Linux container.

The #KDE Connect app to perform different functions between my laptop running #Garuda #Linux and #Android phone is pretty slick. The file transfer works flawlessly and I can mount my phone as a local drive over the network.

I have decided to wallpaper my steampunk / Victorian office to make my video background more exciting, but I have unfortunately also now realized that I’m a millennial and have absolutely no idea how wallpaper is installed, and neither do any of my friends or YouTube feeds. What even is a wallpaper that’s not on a computer, anyway?

@hacks4pancakes Seriously love the office furniture. Wallpaper is a PIA. The self stick is easier to use but for longevity you need the kind that hangs with paste. It is satisfying when you are able to line up the patterns, though.
