@HailsandAles best I've got is The Paradise Lost - Icon 30th Anniversary in London. But that's not until December. To be fair it's gonna be a hell of a gig.

Checking local gig listings lately and there is an absolute ton of tribute bands. Often they are tributes to bands that are actually still touring themselves. Like why? Just be a band. Maybe I’m being over the top but I don’t get it.

@HailsandAles don't get it either. Covers are one thing.... Not a massive fan of covers bands anyway, but a tribute act. I genuinely don't understand why you'd want to put your effort into that over writing for yourself.
