I've been staying up too late reading the second book in the 3 Body series.
Although the concepts in the first book are epic, the second book feels more action-packed and exciting. It's not all talking characters, but stuff is happening. It makes me want to keep reading to find out more.
@forgottrek I hadn't played any fallout game until many years after Fallout 4 was released. Bought it for $20 on Amazon and I put hundreds of hours into it beating every ending and exploring every part of the map for secrets. I've played all of the games now.

That would be amazing. I love his character. He can have his own motivations and not be a dick to people like they make the admirals in so many episodes.

Progress and setbacks as with anything else, is expected. The issue I'm struggling with is not the technology or terminology, but the reporting of extremes.
I find it hard to follow the progress because of the extreme "break throughs" and failures that are reported.
