Welp, my @medium session is over and it worked out well! I had a lot of fun with @nathanlovestrees and @naniehurley. I hope we get to do it again next year!

I'm beginning to reach a point where everything seems to run together. Days into weeks, weeks into months. Everything seems to zoom by me and the few things I cling to escape me. Slowly at first, then all at once. Sleeping is an awful chore.
I bought my first book by Walt Whitman today at Goodwill. I mean I know who he was, I've just never owned one of his books before. Should be a great read!
In tonight's #meditation there was a sense for how my waking, thinking process is not so much an identity as it is a kind of place to visit occasionally.

I'm not sure how well this shows up, but this snapping turtle paid us a visit while fishing yesterday. He was MASSIVE! His head was the size of my fist. His shell was likely the width of a basketball and when he opened his mouth you could like put an orange in there.
We kept moving away from him so we didn't cast anywhere close. But he would move to being close to us each time. Eventually we gave up on the spot lol. He was so pretty though.
Gotta stay balanced in a world of chaos.

I just watched a movie called Swallow about a pregnant woman who develops pica, a mental disorder where you eat random stuff. Obviously as a horror movie they take things much further than normal. Tumb tacks, screw drivers, needles, safety pins, and more! Yikes. Great movie though.
You know, a lot of people consider #monday to be the worst day of the week. I, however, would say that it's the day that provides the most opportunity and potential. You now have 5 days to do the best job you can. Show everyone how amazing you can be, if you want. Or take the week to be alone and work on whatever makes you feel #happy. Here is your #morning#mantra
