There's a lot of commercials on the radio about hearing aid devices for some reason.

I'm no economist but If your target audience is someone that needs hearing aids, isn't radio the worst possible platform to advertise on?

The radio is actually the best place to advertise on though. Think about it.

If your audience contains people who are trying to listen to something and are struggling with it, then they're likely to be much more receptive to a device that would help them do that.
