Motorcycle season 2024 has started yesterday! 15°C was just right temperature to get out from home (photo 1 LOL), get the right machine out of the garage (photo 2 LOL) and go for a 370 km ride to see Lubuskie region in the western Poland: Słońsk town for example (photo 3 and 4). Unexpected free day gave me the chance to execute a ride from my city (Poznan) to Gniezno town in Wielkopolska region. 72km trip and return by local train. Weather not as warm as expected and something windy... Anyway - a nice day. Enjoy views from the trip: lakes and rivers of region, Pobiedziska town, palace in Czerniejewo. Sunday was not as warm and sunny as it appeared in forecasts. But anyway - I did nice 70 km ride along Warta river with high water level on my vintage trekking bicycle. Today was next "warm weather window" before winter comes back in Wielkopolska region, Poland. So I took a day off. Day started with surprising discovery - I found a broken spoke in back wheel of my gravel bicycle. So - I took XC bike and went to the forest. Rode nice 60 km ride in "Puszcza Notecka" forests - 4 postacards attached.
