Problems with this and how to fix

  1. it's not obvious on how to do it from the UI, one may call it a trick, but it's just a bad UX.
    Fix: add a button named “Run rules” to move the existing mails
  2. When I was adding a rule last time, this “trick” did not work for older emails, I had to use the search function and move them manually.
    Fix: Show progress on the running rule
  3. Too long of a video for a simple answer.
    Fix: Share this in FAQ until the above fixes are done.
