Instead of Threads or Bluesky, I kinda wish my old Twitter friends would’ve stuck it out over here. A lot of journalism / media / academic types just didn’t vibe here, unfortunately. I like it here, but I miss that thing we had before.

Hi, Back on Mastodon. I tried it here for a while last Yr, it was ok at first but I found it really hard to connect with anyone. Felt kind of lonely. Musk aside, twitter was my natural home.
