The rapid rise of Lemmy and Kbin, dubbed the 'threadiverse', have altered the dynamic in the fediverse. A look at how this changes the structure and the dynamic of the fediverse at large.
I saw a thread from a certain magazine in my Random Threads and I decided to block it, but the thread remained even after refreshing multiple times. And when new random threads were shown, they pulled some from magazines I already blocked (I checked, I blocked those instances and it wasn't just a magazine from a different...
I created a magazine @VegetableGardening for my hobby and I'm trying to get the word out there. Unfortunately I can't seem to be able to "federate" it to Lemmy. I've tried searching with "all" enabled on lemmy.world and lemmy.ml, but all it does is show me my own comment mentionning the magazine on another federated magazine....

There are at least five apps that I know of currently in development for iOS. Unfortunately neither Memmy nor Mlem able to connect to kbin at the moment, something to do with the kbin-specific API from what @ernest, @BrooklynMan, and @gkd have said. Kmoon is specifically being developed for kbin and is multi-platform for iOS and...
My 8 year old account is currently being purged. I'm jumping ship instead of putting up with the antagonistic, gaslighting bullshit Reddit is trying to pull....
