I've made it through another term at the coalface, and I'm so, so tired. I have a heap of marking that I should have done but haven't, as always. I just think, fundamentally, in teaching - we need more prep time and less contact time. 10% is not enough. I feel that statement needs those obnoxious clapping hands, but I'll resist.
