I thought I'd misremembered the season 3 finale on my Babylon 5 marathon, then realised I'd missed a disc because of the way they are stacked in the box set.

Now on final disc, which means I still hve that that amazing cliffhanger finale to come, the White Star burning from rapid re-entry, coming down on Z'Ha'dum like a flaming sword.

"Jump. Jump now..."

#ScienceFiction #Babylon5

The White Star spaceship, glowing from the burning heat of a rapid amtospheric re-entry, crashing through the domed city of the ancient evil, The Shadows, like a flaming sword.

@LordWoolamaloo The HBO and Amazon versions were missing the cold open (G'Kar monologue) in the next episode, but I was happy to see it was included on the recent Bluray release.

@veronica the way Straczynski grew G'Kar and Londo is something to watch on a binge marathon, to go from the almost comedy duo to their mixed heroic/tragic narrative. And such a pair of good actors working off each other so well, they both really got it and knew what to do with it.

@LordWoolamaloo The show is fantastic story telling. It bothers me a little that MJS was still forced to add episodic stories to this extent. Some of them are a little boring, but he gets a lot better at exploiting them for character development after a while.
