@deco I really appreciate that perspective! I was thinking more about the extra cognitive load of having to figure out replies that weren't necessarily for the original post. Context gets lost to me. Threaded comments visually help my brain organize a conversation.
I can completely see how other people have different needs though. Something that's additional cognitive load to me is actually delightful for others.
