Ok. How to search assets.
Type in terminal on Linux

whereis inkscape

And check output
inkscape: /usr/bin/inkscape - binary
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/inkscape - libs
/usr/share/inkscape - assets
/usr/share/man/man1/inkscape.1.gz - man

cd /usr/share/inkscape/markers/

ls /usr/share/inkscape/markers/

markers.svg

Here it.

First backup this file.

Copy markers.svg to /home/ directory and edit.

Then replace markers.svg /usr/share/inkscape/markers/ with your edited copy.
