Rejection is audience feedback on your work/mental models that are disconnected & don’t match or overlap with their perspective/mental models.
Frustration arises when I keep working but don’t or won’t address the disconnect, which is the reason for the rejection. If I can’t overcome the current audience disconnect, no amount of work will fix it, so change the audience.
