I would do anything to procrastinate on doing my taxes. Evidence number 3452: I put flowers in an adjacent room, I put some make-up on in the process of putting away the black kohl crayon, I'm now performing all the checks and clean-up on the office printer. #3615MyLife
Printer's software is up-to-date. AND YET...
It doesn't print black text in colour mode and it prints empty pages when I print in black and white.
I'm pretty sure it's related to my laptop's software because when I print from preview.app or pages.app it fails as above, but when I make a screenshot of what I want to print and print this, the printer then prints the outline (only) of what's in black.
The result is ugly but at least content is printed.
Back upstairs with coffee.
It's no longer hot because as it was brewing, I let the dog out for his forest inspection. Then I quickly trimmed a hedge which was sprouting long baby branches next to the doghouse.
When I dumped the branches in the compost bin, I noticed a line of ants along the awning's beam, so I sprayed something to deter them from climbing onto my roof.
