The left one is notable because it predates the neomoji mixer. There are a bunch of flag_*_kisser neomoji that people made by hand before the tool to easily make them existed.
The second is interesting because it is one of very few solid color replacements that I've seen gain traction. Also :neocat_floof_kisser_*_sillycat: absolutely wrecks my existing regex to find stuff :neopossum_sob_sad_laptop:
