Feral Cats ate critically #endangered baby Cuban #crocodiles. 145 attacks were documented. The species only has 3,000 left in the wild. So to preserve #biodiversity 7 feral cats were removed from the breeding farm, stopping the attacks. (1/3)
On one occasion the farm staff witnessed 7 feral cats feeding on something nearby. When they went to investigate, they found fragments of baby crocodiles. The farm staff also stated, "We did Not get evidence of other predators present in these enclosures." (2/3) #wildlife
