After a month delay and a unilateral conversion from "purchase" to "prepurchase" in the initial transaction and a second copy paste of the initial purchase invoice when I asked "when will they ship" rather than an actual answer. I've told #shenzhenaudio to give me a full refund on my Moondrop Dusk #iem.
