With @witewulf suggesting a Clutch track for the next edition of #ThePlaylist, I’ve been reminded of their absolutely fucking incredible cover of Fortunate Son.
There are few songs more capable of making me feel like I could take on the world than this one.
@DJDarren Clutch really go at it with so much vim and brio that it should come with a health warning. I can't decide whether it's the godly guitar tone or the badass vocals that do the most in making it such a ripper.
I was clean shaven when I got to work this morning, but one listen to that track and I’ve sprouted a full beard and am now stalking around trying to find some wood to chop with a big axe.
Now wondering if I could get away with a Clutch edition of my show. Just two hours of me playing a selection of Clutch songs, because they’re fucking great.
