possibly smart: packing my fluffy blanket, sleeping bag liner, and clothes I'm intending to wear to sleep, into a yellow backpack organizer thing. that way, it should be easy to find and access all those items right after putting up my tent, without having to go through all my other stuff 😁
Set up an alarm to get up early enough tomorrow.
SO happy that I live in walking distance from the train station now, and not 20 minutes by every-now-and-then tram.
Still will have to get up at 6.30 to be sure 😭

From here on, I'll be posting without the content note for the event. You can mute the thread (maybe?) or the hashtag, though.
The plan: Let's travel from Karlsruhe to #emf2024 by train together!
The execution:
Train 1 - same train, different classes.
Train 2 - same train, different coaches, possibly switch seats so we can sit together?
Train 3 - nope. not the same train, not even the same route.
Train 4 - somehow, same train, but we don't know yet if we'll find each other before arriving at Ledbury station?!
Update:
Seating on Train 2 has been adapted so we'll be sitting next to each other!
Routing of trains 3 and 4 has been figured out.

Nothing too serious, all ligaments and nerves still working. One finger wrapped up, the other got a band-aid, and several parts of my hand will be bruised for a bit.
