@Indyposterboy @IndyRichard I was looking at this because of someone asserting that Scottish MPs could just leave Wm and render it impotent in regard to legislating for Scotland (inconclusive/unlikely).
International law would no longer regard the articles of union as a current treaty as the two parties, as states, ceased to exist on implementation. The treaty was "spent" on "Execution".
The articles in UK law have largely been repealed/replaced by subsequent acts of UK Parly.
