Why is this even a story? First, Russian aircraft are caught flying near American airspace all the time. Our patrols have their protocols for such encounters, and it's not a big deal. Second, we have only the Russians' claims that this even happened. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't, but we've got no confirmation. Third, even by the Russians' account, no borders were crossed. They saw the aircraft, and the aircraft moved on. This is a nothingborscht.
