#followerpower
equinox, 2 months ago @mcfly simple setup: give all radios the same SSID and security settings, and make sure they are bridged to the same Ethernet segment. Advanced setup: same as above but enable 802.11r / Fast BSS transitions (e.g. https://www.libe.net/en-wlan-roaming ) Do NOT use any mesh foobar like Freifunk or so. If you don't have cables between the APs, you need to find some way to get the ethernet "backbone" across wifi, e.g. WDS bridges or gretap tunnels.
