MDL has not one but two places where you can Add Tags which aren't the place where we should try to get a tag added (we're required to go through Edit Page/Genre 🤦♀️ ) and they can be weird about what they accept as evidence so who knows?
I wish I could share my submission to get Strong Female Lead added to #KhunChai/To Sir, With Love here but the only part that isn't a spoiler is the concluding summary "They have ovaries of steel."
