Non-metric liquid measures are seriously fucked-up. TIL that a US Tbsp is a different quantity than a UK Tbsp or an AU Tbsp. And then Cups are like... 🤯 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cup_(unit)
I discovered Tbsps being different when double checking my US-to-metric conversions in two different search engines and coming up with different results! #DuckDuckGo interpreted my input as "Imperial" Tbsp instead of US Tbsp (#Google and #WolframAlpha gave me US by default).
