The number of old white people who have walked into this restaurant and tried to seat themselves at reserved tables without a reservation and then been mad as hell when they’re asked to move and I swear to god it’s a metaphor for something I just can’t quite put my finger on it
@Daojoan Sometimes at the gym when I walk away from my exercise station for a few seconds to get a gulp or two from the water fountain, I'll come back and there's someone preparing to use the station.
I leave my keys and phone at the station (usually on the floor near the weights and load adjustment pin). My keys have a bright orange dangly thing on them specifically for visibility.
It's always an older white dude who attempts to commandeer the station. Never been anyone else.
@Daojoan Haha sounds like a scene straight out of a sitcom! Maybe it's a metaphor for the unpredictability of life or the struggle to adapt to changing norms. Anyway, how's your day going besides dodging table-stealing seniors?
