While writing this, I discovered this in my WordPress drafts, from August 2013. It was transparently about The Bureau: XCOM Declassified but gosh does it also feel like every game I've ever worked on.
@dphrygian I'm reminded of a tidbit from a week-long course on leadership I was once sent to by an employer. "Direction, Alignment, Commitment" (DAC) is a leadership model that manifests through the actions and behaviors of the organization.
