Analysis shows that major advertisers are spending 55% less on Superbowl ads on Twitter/X than last year.

I have no idea what the end game is here but the current trajectory of the app feels like a controlled demolition.

codinghorror,

@carnage4life "controlled demolition" is a great term and I agree with the overall vibe here, even from the very start.

@carnage4life people are pointing out massive LLM spam on X, but nobody has a clear idea of who benefits or how they can afford to pay for blue + LLMs for an entire botnet.

i wonder if there’s some covert scheme going on, one way or another. maybe power, black marketing, or some non-public revenue stream coming back to Musk from all this. idk, feels like some investigative journalism is needed 🤔

@carnage4life @jstatepost Concerned that credulous investors in xAI may bail it out.

#X #TwitterTakeover #TwitterDemolition

Exactly. #Elmo is carrying out "A controlled demolition" of #X (formerly #Twitter.)

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck--here is the reason why, and it's not pretty:
