@ryanhoulihan I have medical vulnerabilities, so I've been wearing a mask all the time inside & out for the last 3 years except for in my home where I have beaucoup ionizer filters. The air quality in #Atlanta has always been shit. It not only effects your lungs but has a cumulative effect on your heart, too.
I have #mentalhealth issues that aren't responsive to meds, so I exercise as part of a holistic approach. I look fit, but I'm fragile. How I'm trapped in my house pisses off my #husband.
