@EighthLayer we need regulation that only allows employers to contact staff during working hours. Unless a specific out of hours on call contract is agreed and paid for. Otherwise work encroaches on all of a workers life.
@EighthLayer can’t you just tell them that some something servers are down for bank holiday maintenance therefore nothing can be done until tomorrow….? 🤷♂️😂
