@Chip_Unicorn At the least, make a TOS report on them:
"don’t abuse or harm others or yourself (or threaten or encourage such abuse or harm) — for example, by
misleading, defrauding, illegally impersonating, defaming, bullying, harassing, or stalking others"

@pawsplay Google pointed me to the FBI at https://www.ic3.gov/ .

I filed a complaint there.

I don't expect anything -- I can't show that I've lost money -- but I made the complaint anyway.

@Chip_Unicorn if you do get a solution please let me know - someone in South America has been applying to a ton of companies but using my email address. I've been getting all his rejection letters and interview requests!
