The NorCal Active Club neo-Nazis have edited three videos of me being hanged. Nazis even have a custom emoji sticker pack exclusively with images of me. Of course there’s the lynching sticker, but there’s also my face bloodied from a far-right mob assault, me with a gun to my head, and me underaged.
Reporting on American Fascism is not fun. I’d literally prefer doing anything else. I went to a film and journalism school but I majored in film. I just wanna make movies and play video games. But when journalists abdicated their responsibility, I decided to use the skills I have. This is the price.
