@pluralistic thank you for continuing to write and fight for those of us who don’t know better. Your posts and books are required reading for my employees.
In 1992, my professor lamented the computer, “All inventions that make a craft easier result in more crap.” Do you agree with that statement? Based on that, I have been calling LLM text ‘Microwave Prose”. The models can take decent writing and heat it up, but that’s about it.
