The personal annoyance of needing to type "social class" instead of just "class" over and over in an RPG when talking about, like, 'the laboring class' vs. 'the ruling class', because D&D fucked up the term.

@LeviKornelsen That almost makes me want to make a game where the character classes are "Proletariat", "Bourgeoisie", and "Aristrocracy".

Social mobility is achieved my multiclassing, but most GMs don't allow it because it's considered powergaming.

I'd be curious to see a settin that leans into the ambiguity by having the different social classes be "rogue", "fighter", "wizard" and "cleric".

We use 'aspect' rather than 'class'. It's not exactly the same, but they're roughly analogous.
