@AureoleArk#reddit anounced in early may that they will make NSFW only on official app, then I heard news from Appolo (reddit mobile app) developer said that IT will cost him in Millions and that Reddit kill off all 3rd party apps, her a good trusted news site https://www.theverge.com/2023/6/8/23754183/apollo-reddit-app-shutting-down-api .
This led to #redditblackout and Reddit didn't budge but 3pled down and persecuted FREELANCE moderators to obey them and not to protest. Which is why I and some of the others left. Most gone to Kbin/Lemmy. I gone Mastodon>Kbin> Misskey and also explore Hubzilla. So I use all 4 and try to help #arknights Global community to grow, as Misskey.io already have big #Arknights presence but isolated from all others Fediverse instances. So I hope to make Misskey/Mastodon and others Twitter likes to interact with Kbin/Lemmy forum like instances and make federation and every Services/Servers to be more appealing for an average user.
@AureoleArk I was promoting it a lot to my twitter audience of 20k just starting two days ago HAHAHA i know some of my artist mutuals who have large audiences also have promoted it a lot too

@AureoleArk An artist friend of mine was recommending this site for artists, and I think there’s a large amount of people coming from vtuber community these past couple days.:murakamisan_shock:
@AureoleArk something else worth mentioning is that twitter's largest countries are US & Japan - so I follow a lot of people from both countries on the same platform (and it opens up opportunities for cultural exchanges!)
many of the new social networking services are US-focused or JP-focused, but not both, which makes it harder to follow JP creators/studios/artists who move off of twitter.
