I was called to counseling for a variety of reasons, but the biggest is that I have a love for psychology and for helping people, so I want to combine the two. I’ve been in counseling myself for years due to past trauma and I know firsthand how helpful and important it can be. I’m also open about the fact that I am neurodivergent - specifically I am self diagnosed as ADHD and autistic, though I am going for a formal ADHD diagnosis and am open to a formal autism diagnosis in the future.
