@jd @johnefrancis Boomers have the money. Plus a lot of these groups were expensive or hard to see when they were touring in their prime. Many boomers will see them now for the first time. I saw Kiss, Duran Duran, Steely Dan, John Mellencamp, Weird Al, Cake, and others only because of Blues Fest.
