I like to keep it simple #tofu & #beansEven if I don't consider myself a #vegan I find this is the easiest way for me. Easy to store easy to cook. That's enough for 4 meals. Saves me the time of #cooking for the next 3 days.
I don't like the term but I would even consider this as #healthy 😀
