I just installed #PostmarketOs with #Posh on the #OnePlus6 phone.
First impressions:
🔵 I expected GTK3+ apps more responsive and more adapted to mobile screen.
🔵 Touch gestures are often misinterpreted - swipes recognized as click and so on
🔵 Its very laggy

@stepan it's only GTK4+libadwaita apps that are really responsive and even those can open a GTK dialog that is not responsive at all.

Discussion of distributions including, but of course not limited to, Postmarket OS, Ubuntu Touch, and Mobian is very welcome. Android should be discussed elsewehere - lemdro.id is a good place to look.

As lemmy.ml does not federate their communities with Kbin, this one was created as a supplement to the original !linuxphones on that instance.
