My workmate, a long time Windows-only developer and gamer just complained about Windows 11 to me and asked for advice regarding Linux.
With everything I have seen this year, I do believe that there is an increased interest in the Linux desktop and we will see an incresing amount of gaming systems convert to Linux.
But, let's be realistic. I predict that over the course of 2024, the desktop Linux market share will grow from 3% to 4%.
