@techhelpkb The first one is good information.

The second one leads to what most people do. Pressing up 100 times which actually takes longer.

Instead type "history" <enter> to find the command you need to re-run and then type exclamation mark followed by the history number.

!XXX where XXX is the history number.

You can also combine history with grep if your history is real long or you know at least part of what you're looking for.

history | grep ThingLookingFor
