There is NOTHING people won't lie to you about. ANY time someone tells you "nobody would lie about X" just tell them to shut their stupid fucking hole for me.
Angery morning so let me tell you a personal story in the replies.

So this is so fucked up I don't know where to begin, but I disowned my parents in 2017 for being conspiracy theory fuckhole trump supporters with 0 functioning brain cells.
Due to a terrible business decision, I bought my house from them long before this and they are at this point over 10 years overdue on finishing the project, STILL.
Without notice my mother effectively breaks into my home after work (they have a key but only for the work) to bitch and cry to make me feel bad.
The TLDR is she was supposed to make me think she "hates trump" but she spent nearly 2 hours and never said a bad word about the guy, but did bring up over a dozen right wing talking points.
Anyway, she says, bawling like a fucking baby that she was raped so she always "tries to see the BEST in people!!!"
This was literally ~5 minutes or so after she had told me hillary Clinton was a serial killer.
She also told me she never heard he was a rapist (I told her, thanksgiving 2016)
She tells me she doesn't watch the news (the bitch has a fucking TV to the right of her PC monitor with fox news on almost all the time).
Now the big thing is she tells me she's told NOBODY about her rape before. She told me dad, she says, a week or so ago, that's it.
Here's the problem. My sister told me that same story several months prior. And IDK why the fuck SHE thought to tell me either, but pathetically enough, she disproved her own fake story by telling both of us.
If she wasn't such a brainless fucking cunt, it actually would have corroborated her story. But by including the unnecessary yet fortunately falsifiable tidbit that she "never told anyone" I was able to figure out she just tells it to people when she's got nothing else to go on to make them feel bad, and she adds the "and I never told anyone" so you don't spoil the lie to other people.
She also told the lie to my sister when she was cutting herself. "I HAVE REAL PROBLEMS"
ANYWAY, even if the story was true, what the actual serial killer fucking logic is "I was raped so I voted for a rapist and threw my entire identity into them this makes me a good person"
Just fucking. God. It should hurt to be this evil. It should actually fucking kill you.
Makes me extra mad because some OTHER assholes believed a thoroughly debunked fake right wing story that a left wing politician was a rapist (there are a lot of these btw, pays to know the signs. Project veritas does them all the time).
People that should have known better but they really bought the "believe all women" thing which is literally a right wing op btw (trying to turn "police should investigate rapes not shrug them off" into "betsy devos is a WOMAN so you LIBJEWS gotta listen!!")
An important part of understanding diversity/equality is that just like someone's unchangable traits doesn't make them a monster, it doesn't make them an angel.
