She is actively not making paper decisions knowing they will get her tossed off the case so she’s doing these decisions that can’t be appealed and Smith has to bide his time till she really screws up to take it up the chain.
It’s a mess but trump is getting what he expected from putting her on the court. A loyal follower

All these undocketed filings...well...one can understand why the judge may decide it's time to hit the reset button and start all over.
@tdwllms1@darthstar Guys, it's REALLY hard to file complaints to the 11th. He's clearly saving it for a biggie, or a series of stuff proving he has an airtight complaint. But she's been smart enough to incrementally delay, hasn't apparently done something Smith has felt he can go to the 11th with... yet.

Establishing a pattern of incomplete filings that could later be contested (because they were incomplete) is a fairly clear paper trail...even as a not a lawyer I can see where that would be problematic...he'll it's grounds for an extensive audit in my line of work and we just follow basic SDLC process.
@GottaLaff Wait, wut? I am holding onto my faith that Jack Smith is a formidible force and knows what the flock he is doing, because this nonsense is way beyond me.
