Under settings you can choose to hide adult content if that's not your thing. If it's not working, an issue will probably need to be filed here: https://codeberg.org/Kbin/kbin-core/issues
Edit: For untagged NSFW stuff I'm not sure about, perhaps also logging an issue so tools to flag those posts can be created.
There's currently a bug where Lemmy NSFW content still shows even when you turn off adult content in Kbin. I submitted a bug a couple days ago. I think the way Lemmy reports NSFW content is different than Kbin so it doesn't get flagged in Kbin.
Only solution I've seen so far is to block the magazine on your account. The only reason you can't see it on . social right now is because we aren't federating with Lemmy. I highly doubt they would defederate entirely with the NSFW instances as some people like that stuff and this instance is meant to be a general use instance.
