How difficult it can be to decide which monitor to choose for casual gaming and some other hobby activities? HD is clearly past (unless competitive gaming) and UHD too much for hardware. So QWD is likely a sweetspot. Or ultrawide perhaps? VA, IPS or OLED and g-sync or not. And 144Hz, ,240Hz or what? Are the colors vivid enough…
And no chance to settle for single monitor for work and leisure. Good thing that availability seems ok though.
@villekr under 24“ 1440p over 24" 4k. More than 120hz is unnecessary, freesync is worth it. OLED doesn't really exist in an affordable way, but if you can afford to spend 300% as much that's up to you. Otherwise IPS with over 95% RGB coverage and HDR10 is pretty much the sweet spot.
