@the_white_wolf crazy to see something like this. There are people who are really enjoying the game though. I wonder if Arkane is running around like crazy to push out updates and fixes. Maybe some dlc’s to improve game play

Frankly I think it's unacceptable to release any game this broken and incomplete. It feels like Bethesda forced Arkane to make it lol. I rarely buy games launch day cause I'm poor, but that's the smart path now. The convo around new games is always "This shit is broken!" at this point.
This is a bad look for Bethesda/Xbox. I have major concerns for Starfield now, which might have been the game I bought an X to play.
@blackknight95857669 I rarely buy games these days as well. The exception being a game not on GamePass and has a crazy review that is must play. I feel that Starfield is going to come out swinging for the fences. Xbox needs a game like this. We will see though
@Player1MGA I been holding off buying an X cause there's not been much on Game Pass that's X/S only that I couldn't get elsewhere. Got a PS5 launch day because I know there's going to be plenty Sony games I wanna play, even if I don't buy em launch day (Horizon FW and Destiny 2 xpacs the exception so far).
Redfall and Starfield been hyped as fuck as THE reasons you HAVE to have an X/S. Redfall just planted harder than Cyberpunk. I'm now seriously questioning if Starfield won't.
@Player1MGA They should have delayed the game further, and quite frankily not market it as a sp game. From the 2-3 hrs played, it felt similar to outriders than say dishonoured 2. Some peeps comments on YT vids have said the same thing as well, it feels that it wanted to be a live service. And what we ended up with, is a gutted live service game.
@RoastedBloop I agree with both things. There are rumors swirling out there that this game lost interest from Microsoft and it was the decision of Arkane to roll it out as is. Not a great call if true
@Player1MGA I've came across an article saying something along the same lines, MS weren't confident and didn't want any severe backlash for a game this far long in development and being marketed, to end up cancelling it
@Player1MGA I’m voting no, but it actually has almost nothing to do with the “state of the game” or anything like that. I’ve played Arkane games before, and always end up losing interest in them. This includes games that should be right up my alley like Prey, and games that are well-loved like the Dishonored franchise.
Given that past history, I would have never purchased #Redfall at full price regardless.
@hybridhavoc I’ve played other Arkane games as well. If this game was not on GamePass I probably would not have spent my money even if it was amazing. Not my kind of buying gaming. I would definitely have tried it if it was on free play weekend though

He’s ruining Nintendo with these garbage games. 😭💀 that’s how dumb I think the complaining about Redfall is like. As for my vote. I voted no because it’s not necessarily my genre of choice. But I will give it a go now that it’s on gamepass.
@NO_PULSE_XBL hahahahaha. Nicely said 👊🏻 I do have some unhappy thoughts about Zelda being 70 dollars. Just my opinion 🤓 I will still be buying though.
I only gave it a go because it was on GamePass and all the hype that was around it before it came out. Going to find something else to play till Zelda
@akmur I know right! Arcane Studios has made some awesome games! This feels a bit more like an indie game. Sorry to say that. I do enjoy indie games and there have been some great ones out there. With Zelda coming out in 9 days, Street Fighter 6 and Diablo 4 in June, I don’t see my self giving this game anymore of my time. It’s a bummer. Had big hopes for it
@akmur true. I feel like they may have to discount the physical copy of the game. Hard to sell RedFall at $70 dollars. Those who have might be kicking themselves for pre ordering this one
@Player1MGA I voted No, as there’s no way this game is worth full asking price, in its current state. I have, however, enjoyed the couple of hours I’ve put into it, because it’s on Game Pass. It’s rough as hell, but I’m confident that it can be polished into a worthy state. The overall vibe and feel of it works for me, but blimey, it is far from perfect.
@djshep1973 completely agree. I played it at launch and it had the hype excitement of being one of those games that was going to be great. There are better games out there right now that will see my time 😎
@Player1MGA I am not even bothering to play it with gamepass. So many better things to play right now rather than forcing myself through a subpar game.
@Averagegoob I only checked it out because it was on GamePass. A poor excuse from me though on what was supposed to be a premiere game. Having played it an our or two it does get repetitive
