First #Monday morning #email. An angry customer who couldn't access their email on their mobile all weekend, while everything worked fine on their computer. I checked the logs and noticed they were entering the wrong login credentials (a typo in the username). I pointed it out, and they admitted to having changed their phone recently, probably mistyping the data on the new one. A double check before sending a fiery email would have been wiser 😉

@uastronomer Oh, the support life! 😄 It's funny how many times we come across similar situations where users overlook their own mistakes and rather blame us! But hey, it keeps things interesting, right? 🤷‍♂️

@stefano And worse, when it's the other way around! When you've had so many PEBCAKs that you start blaming the user automatically, and then have to apologize because this time it WAS actually our fault!

@uastronomer True, the first thing that comes to my mind is, "What did the user do this time to break everything?" 😅 But when there really is something wrong, I can't help but feel guilty as well.
